Guaninový kvadruplex (G-kvadruplex) je jednou z nekanonických sekundárních struktur DNA, na kterou mohou být zacílena nová protinádorová léčiva. Z těchto důvodu by bylo vhodné vyvinout rychlou a spolehlivou metodu detekce G-kvadruplexů. Guanine quadruplex (G-quadruplex) is one of the several non-canonical secondary structures of DNA. This structure can be also used as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment.
