Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá investicí do zařízení na výrobu elektrické energie ze slunečního záření. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty zásady v managerském plánování, rozebrány různé metody hodnocení výhodnosti investičních záměrů a dále jsou shrnuty zdroje, ze kterých lze investiční projekty financovat a nastíněny právní předpisy, které regulují danou problematiku. V praktické části je představen konkrétní projekt a sestaveny plánové výkazy. Na základě těchto výkazů je propočteno cash-flow po dluhové službě a vypočten bod zvratu, z čehož je následně zhodnocena výhodnost projektu pomocí metod uvedených v teoretické části. Nakonec jsou potvrzeny hypotézy uvedené v úvodu této práce.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with investment into solar energy systems. In the theoretical section principles of managerial planning are summarised, various methods of evaluating investment plans are analysed, sources of financing for investment projects are listed, and legal guidelines pertaining to this area are outlined. In the practical section a specific project is presented, and financial statements are assembled. On the basis of these statements, cashflow after debt service and break-even point are calculated, and the benefit of the project is evaluated according to the methods outlined in the theoretical section. Finally, the hypotheses discussed in the introduction are confirmed.
