Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu "Motivace k celoživotnímu vzdělávání". Cílem práce je zjistit, co motivuje pedagogické pracovníky dále se vzdělávat a co naopak považují za překážku v motivaci k dalšímu vzdělávání a jestli je vzdělávání přínosné pro jejich pedagogickou praxi. Pro dosažení cíle práce byl použit kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Vlastním výzkumem byla zjištěna motivace oslovených respondentů k celoživotnímu vzdělávání. Odpovědi respondentů byly zpracovány, vyhodnoceny a navrženo doporučení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the topic of Motivation for lifelong learning. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is to find out what motivates pedagogical start to continue their education, what they consider to be an obstacle in motivation for further education and whether education is benefical for their pedagogical practise. To achieve the goal of this thesis, quantitative research in the form of questionnaire survey was used. The motivation of the respondents to lifelong learning was found out by own research. The answers of the respondents were processed, evaluated and a recommendation was proposed.
