Abstract:
Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku, rozdělení, průběh, diagnostiku, léčbu, rizika a komplikace gestačního diabetu mellitu. Zahrnuje postup péče o těhotnou ženu, rodičku a šestinedělku. Konec teoretické části je věnován edukaci klientek a využití informační mapy péče jako edukačního materiálu. The theoretical part of my thesis centres on the characteristic, division, course, diagnosis, treatment, dangers and complications concerning gestational diabetes mellitus. It includes the steps in the care of pregnant women, women in labour and puerperas.
