Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit, zda se fiskální iluze projevuje formou použití výnosu z prodeje majetku (aktiv) obcí. Tato teze rozvíjí Puvianiho názor projevu fiskální iluze dle konceptu revenue elasticity. Projevem fiskální iluze je zvýšení výdajů na financování veřejných služeb z prostředků získaných prodejem majetku nad optimální výši. The goal of the thesis is to find out whether the fiscal illusion is manifested in the form of using the proceeds from the sale of property (assets) of municipalities. This thesis explores Puviani's view of the expression of fiscal illusion according to the concept of revenue elasticity.
