Cílem práce je provedení analýzy programu Evropské komise „Digital Agenda for Europe" a oblasti eEnvironmentu, který je součástí obecnějšího termínu eGovernment. The aim of this thesis is the analysis of the European Commission programme „Digital agenda for Europe“ on the one hand and eEnvironment (as a part of eGovernment) on the other.
