Abstract:

Název: Fyzioterapie po poranění kolenního kloubu ve fotbale Cíl: Cílem práce je přispět k řešení problematiky volby optimálních fyzioterapeutických postupů, konceptů a metod u vybraného klienta po poranění kolenního kloubu ve fotbale. Metodika: Zpracoval jsem kazuistiku 17 letého probanda s parciální rupturou LCA. U pacienta byla provedena diagnostická artroskopie a navržena konzervativní terapie. Na základě vstupního kineziologického vyšetření byl probandovi stanoven krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán složený z 16 individuálních terapií trvajících 4 týdny. V průběhu fyzioterapeutické intervence byl na konci druhého týdne proveden kontrolní kineziologický rozbor. Po 16 individuálních terapií byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Na základě výstupního kineziologického rozboru byl probandovi navržen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Výsledky: Na základně uplatnění lokálních i globálních fyzioterapeutických postupů, metod a konceptů došlo k redukci subjektivní bolesti, otoku, obnovení kloubního rozsahu, obnovení svalové síly, reedukace dechového stereotypu a obnovení trupové stabilizace. Díky těmto bodům je hráč schopen vrátit se zpět do sportovní kariéry. Závěr: Spolupráce mne obohatila o nové zkušenosti, pomohla mi pochopit úzkou souvislost mezi akutním poraněním a globálním řetězením patologií. Práce se jednoznačně stala přínosem pro moji další praxi. Pro pacienta bylo velmi přižnivé, to že se mohl vrátit do tréninku a opět dělat to co ho baví.

Abstract:

Title: Physiotherapy of knee joint after football injury Aim: The goal of this bachelor thesis is to contribute to solving the problems of selecting optimal therapeutic methods, concepts and methods for a selected client after knee injury in foobtall. Metodology: I have prepared a case study of a 17-year-old proband with partial LCA rupture. Diagnostic by arthroscopy and conservative therapy were proposed for the patient. Based on income kinesiological examination was determined short-term physioterapeutical plan composed of 16 individual therapies in 4 weeks. During the physiotherapeutical intervention was made kineziological control analysis at the end of second week. After 16 individual therapies was made the final kineziological analysis. Based on the last analysis, the proband was suggested to follow long-term physiotherapeutical plan. Results: Based on the application local and global physiotherapeutical practices, methods and concepts, the swelling and subjective pain were reduced, renewal of the joint range of motion, trunk stabilization and muscular power were recovered and breath stereotype was reduced. Thanks to these points, the player is able to return to his sports career. Conslusion: This collaboration gave me many new experiences, helped me to understand to the narrow connection between acut injury and global chaining of the patologies. This work also gave me many new knowledge for my future practice. It was very nice for the patient, becouse he could return to training faster and do what he likes again.
