Tato práce se zabývá tématem genderové nerovnosti a současně pojednává o problematice skleněného stropu pro ženy v Rusku a ve firmě OOO "Karapuz". Důvody pro existenci skleněného stropu, hlavní problémy jím způsobené a techniky jeho překonání jsou posuzovány. Pro účely výzkumu použila autorka kvantitativní i kvalitativní metody sběru dat. This thesis is addressing the topic of gender inequality and the glass ceiling for women in Russia and specifically in the company OOO “Karapuz”. The reasoning behind the existence of the glass ceiling, the major issues caused by it and the ways to overcome it is being assessed.
