Flora and vegetation of the Říčka valley near to Brno

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci se zabývám výzkumem flóry a vegetace v území horního a středního toku Říčky a svahy tyčícími se nad ní. Studované území leží východně až severovýchodně od Brna. Cílem práce bylo charakterizovat přírodní poměry studovaného území podle literatury a při terénním výzkumu zaznamenat výskyt cévnatých rostlin, zdokumentovat vegetaci studovaného území pomocí fytocenologických snímků a sestavit mapu aktuální vegetace studovaného území. V terénu jsem zapsal celkem 63 fytocenologických snímků reprezentujících celkem 21 typů vegetace, z tohoto celkového počtu byly 2 travinné, 2 ruderální, 2 skalní, 1 křovinný a 14 lesních typů. Při průzkumu území jsem zaznamenal 307 taxonů cévnatých rostlin, z toho 47 ohrožených a 4 invazní, a 30 taxonů mechorostů. Součástí diplomové práce je také sestavená mapa aktuální vegetace, mapa potenciální přirozené vegetace a dokladový herbář, který obsahuje 180 položek cévnatých rostlin a 78 položek mechorostů.

Abstract:

In this diploma thesis I deal with the research of flora and vegetation in the upper and middle flow of the Říčka stream and the slopes rising above it. The defined area lies east to northeast of Brno. The aim of the work was to characterize the natural conditions of the studied area according to the literature and to record the occurrence of vascular plants in field research, to document the vegetation of the defined area using phytocenological relevés and to compile a map of actual vegetation of the defined area. In the field I recorded a total of 63 phytocenological relevés representing a total of 21 types of vegetation, of which were 2 grasslands, 2 ruderal, 2 rocky communities, 1 shrub type and 14 were forest types of vegetation. Overaly, during the survey I found 307 taxa of vascular plants, of which was 47 endangered and 4 invasive, and 30 taxa of bryophytes. The diploma thesis also includes a map of actual vegetation, a map of potential natural vegetation of the study area and a documentary herbarium, which contains 180 vascular plants and 78 speciments of bryophytes.
