Improving the communication skills of pupils of the secondary school of services and business in Ostrava

Abstract:

Zařazením konkrétního tématu z administrativní praxe do výuky odborných předmětů žákům třetího ročníku Střední školy služeb a podnikání v Ostravě, bych ráda prohloubila dosavadní teoretické znalosti a dovednosti, rozšířila obzor poznatků. Zda výuka byla pro žáky zajímavá, jestli zefektivnila jejich komunikační dovednosti, následně ověřuji průzkumným šetřením v empirické části práce. Kvalitní absolvent střední odborné školy znamená budoucí nejen ekonomický přínos pro společnost. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvořit výukový text včetně tematické prezentace, žákům prostřednictvím výuky a praktického tréninku předat zkušenosti z praxe a motivovat je k učení se odborných předmětů. S vytyčeným cílem následně souvisí ověření kvality jimi získaných nových poznatků didaktickým testem.

Abstract:

By including a specific topic from administrative practice in the teaching of vocational subjects to students of the third year of the Secondary School of Services and Business in Ostrava, I would like to deepen the existing theoretical knowledge and skills, broaden the horizon of knowledge. Whether teaching was interesting for pupils, whether it streamlined their communication skills, I subsequently verify by examining the empirical part of the work. A quality graduate of a secondary vocational school means the future not only economic benefits for society. The main objective of the thesis is to create a teaching text including thematic presentation, to pass on experience of practice to students through teaching and practical training and to motivate them to learn professional subjects. The stated objective is subsequently linked to the verification of the quality of the new knowledge obtained by the didactic test.
