Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá sociálním pracovníkem v procesu transformace domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Jedná se o stále aktuální téma transformace a deinstitucionalizace sociálních služeb. Kvalitativní výzkum je realizován pomocí polostukturovaných rozhovorů s šesti sociálními pracovníky domovů pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with a social worker in transformational process of disabled people´s home. It is a current issue of transformation and deinstitutionalization of social services. A qualitative research is carried out by semi-structured interviews with six social workers who work in disabled people´s homes. Data analysis was done using grounded theory design.
