The use of management techniques in management practice of small and medium companies
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na zjištění míry aktuálního využívání manažerských technik v manažerské praxi malých a středních podniků. Na základě kvalitativního výzkumu byla zjištěna aktuální míra využívání manažerských technik a následně navržen soubor doporučení k využívání zejména moderních manažerských technik. Tyto návrhy jsou náležitě odůvodněny.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the extent of the current use of managerial techniques in the management practice of small and medium-sized companies. On the basis of qualitative research, the current rate of utilization managerial techniques was determined and a set of recommendations for the use of modern managerial techniques was proposed. These proposals are properly justified.
