Retraining as an effective instrument of the labour market policy

Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Rekvalifikace jako efektivní nástroj politiky zaměstnanosti“ je identifikace forem rekvalifikací, charakteristika účastníků rekvalifikačních programů i samotných rekvalifikačních aktivit v České republice a ve Francii. Srovnání situace v oblasti rekvalifikací a dalšího odborného vzdělávání bylo provedeno na příkladu Jihomoravského kraje a regionu Bretaň. První část je zaměřena na problematiku trhu práce a nezaměstnanosti. V druhé části je pozornost věnována politice zaměstnanosti v JMK i v regionu Bretaň. Třetí část práce se zabývá aktivní politikou zaměstnanosti se zameřením na rekvalifikace a další odborné vzdělávání v ČR a ve Francii. Náplní poslední části práce je porovnání v oblasti realizace rekvalifikačních programů a dalšího odborného vzdělávání v Jihomoravském kraji a v regionu Bretaň.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Retrainig as an effective instrument of the labour market policy” is to identify the forms of retraining, characteristics of participants retraining programs and requalification activities in the Czech Republic and France. Comparing the situation in the field of vocational training and further training was carried out on the example of the South Moravian Region and the region of Brittany. The first part is focused on the labor market and unemployment. The second part is concentrated on the employment policy in the South Moravian Region and in the region of Brittany. The third part deals with the active labour market policy with a focus on retraining and further training in the Czech Republic and France. The aim of the last chapter is to compare in the implementation of retraining and further vocational education in the South Moravian Region and in the region of Brittany.
