The objective of the diploma thesis is to analyze the utilization of Pre-accession Funds which provided European Union for the company inevitable to SMEs. The theoretical part is focused on evaluation of Pre-accession Fund SAPARD and its Measure 1.2 Improving the processing and the marketing of agricultural and fishery products.
