Cílem mé bakalářské práce, jejímž tématem je „Firemní personální politika ve vybraném podniku“, je navrhnout komplex rozhodnutí o dlouhodobých cílech podniku a o zamýšlených způsobech jejich dosažení. The aim of my bachelor‘s thesis named "Corporate personnel policy in the chosen company” is to suggest premises of decisions about company’s long-term objectives and about the proposed means of achieving them.
