Online Communication of the Holistic Therapy and Sport Clinic Vo2Max

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je Digitální komunikace kliniky celostní medicíny a sportu Vo2Max. Teoretická část práce je věnována základům marketingu & internetovému marketingu. Definovány jsou zde také základní specifika online komunikace ve službách, konkrétně potom ty části online komunikačního mixu, které využívá sama klinika. Praktická část je věnována výzkumu. Na základě kvantitativního sběru dat jsou zde vyvozena stanoviska týkající se vnímání komunikací kliniky na sociálních sítích Instagram, Facebook a na webu. Nakonec jsou zde vyvozena doporučení pro zlepšení komunikace.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is Digital communication of clinic of holistic medicine and sports Vo2Max. The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the basics of marketing and internet marketing. The basic specifics of online communication in services are also defined here, specifically those parts of the online communication mix that are typical for clinic itself. The practical part is devoted to survey. Based on the quantitative data collection, opinions are derived here on the perception of the communication clinic on the social networks Instagram, Facebook and on the web. Finally, recommendations for improving communication are derived here.
