Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat hospodaření a management vybraného spolku a navrhnout zlepšení hospodaření a chodu spolku. Teoretická část se zabývá neziskovým sektorem, funkcemi neziskových organizací, jejich dělením a právním ukotvením v legislativě. Praktická část je věnována analýze hospodaření spolku a přístupu k řízení spolku Moravian Gators Nový Jičín z. s.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the economy and management and of a selected association and propose improvements in its economy and operations. The theoretical part deals with the non-profit sector, the functions of nonprofit organizations, their classification, and their legal framework in legislation.
