Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem veřejných sbírek v České republice. Práce popisuje podmínky pořádání a způsoby provádění veřejných sbírek, přičemž pracuje zejména se zákonem č. 117/2001 Sb., o veřejných sbírkách. This thesis focuses on the concept of public collections in the Czech Republic. The thesis describes conditions of organization and methods of conducting public collections under the Public Collections Act. Furthermore, the theoretical part of this thesis deals with nonprofit organisations and fundraising.
