Further education of employees in an organization
Abstract:
Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá vzděláváním zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci. S využitím odborných zdrojů popisuje vzdělávání zaměstnanců, metody vzdělávání a průzkum názorů na zjištěné metody. V praktické části bude proveden výzkum kvality vzdělávání ve firmě v dané oblasti s využitím teoretických východisek a návrhu doporučení v dalším procesu vzdělávání.

This thesis focuses on educating employees in a selected organization. Using professional literature, it describes the education of employees, methods of education and opinions about these methods.
