Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou a popisem postupu alokace a sledování vynaložených nákladů ve vztahu k výnosům vybrané společnosti a zároveň kontrolou stávajících metod. V návaznosti na analýzu postupu také vyhodnocení výnosnosti hlavních skupin výstupů a rentability vlastního kapitálu podniku. Práce v teoretické části vymezuje základní pojmy jako pojetí nákladů, členění a alokace ke sledovaným výkonům. Součástí je také vymezení úlohy zisku v podnikání, jeho formy a využití pro zjištění výnosnosti podniku. Praktická část se věnuje popisu způsobu členění a alokace nákladů ve společnosti a zároveň popis jednotlivých dimenzí, které podnik pro alokaci nákladů používá. Dále identifikuje základní vybrané reporty, které jsou pro podnik důležité z hlediska sledování a řízení nákladů. Na základě jejich výstupu je provedena analýza dosahované marže a hrubého zisku, v rámci které jsou identifikovány klíčové aspekty ovlivňující jejich výši. Obsahem praktické částí diplomové práce je také analýza ukazatele ROE a prostřednictvím jeho rozkladu popsány klíčové vstupy ovlivňující jeho výši.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the analysis and description of the process of allocation and monitoring of costs expended in relation to revenues in the selected company and also deal with the checking of existing methods. Following the analysis of the methods contains profitability of main outputs group and the profitability on equity of the company. Thesis in theoretical part defines the basic concepts as the concept of costs, classification and allocation to monitored outputs. It also includes the definition of the function of profit in business, its forms and use to detection profitability of a business. The practical part deals with description of the structure and allocation of costs in the company also description of individual dimensions, which used by the company for the allocation of costs. Furthermore it identifies basic selected reports that are important for the company in terms of monitoring and cost management. Based on their output is made analysis of margin and gross profit, which identifies key aspects influence their amount. The content of the practical part of the thesis is also analysis of the ROE indicator and through its decomposition described key inputs influencing its amount.
