Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá incidenčními spory vyvolanými insolvenčním řízením. Práce mimo jiné stručně pojednává o vývoji právní úpravy na území České republiky. Následuje charakteristika jednotlivých typů těchto sporů s ohledem na jejich právní úpravu v insolvenčním zákoně. Závěrem jsou stručně popsány společné prvky incidenčních řízení. This thesis deals with the incidental disputes caused by insolvency proceedings. The thesis among other things briefly discusses the development of legislation in the Czech Republic. The following is characteristic of each of these types of disputes with regard to their legislation in the Insolvency Act.
