Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce, ktorý sme si vytýčili pred začatím písania práce je teoreticky vymedziť pracovnoprávne vzťahy s konkrétnym zameraním na subjekty pracovnoprávnych vzťahov. Priblížiť historický vývoj pracovnoprávnych vzťahov a subjektov pracovnoprávnych vzťahov v súvislosti s pracovným právom.
