Abstract:
Práce pojednává o přístupu učitelek z mateřských škol ke svému povolání od jejich nástupu do učitelské profese až po dobu několikaleté praxe. Také se v práci vyskytuje vliv vzdělání na přístup k učitelské profesi. V teoretické části obecně definuju základní pojmy a uvádím způsoby utváření učitelského povolání. This bachelor thesis deals with attitude of teachers from kindergartens to doing their job since they enter the teaching profession up to the achievement of several years? practice.
