Uncertain Concepts in Administrative Procedure Code and their Interpretation
Abstract:
Ve své práci se zabývám tématem, které zní „neurčité pojmy ve správním řádu a jejich výklad“. V bakalářské práci popisuji jejich obsah a rozsah neurčitých právních pojmů. V poslední části práce se věnuji neurčitému právnímu pojmu „veřejný zájem“. Úkolem této práce bylo zjistit, proč zákonodárce používá neurčité právní pojmy ve správním řádu.
Abstract:
In my thesis I deal with the topic „ ideterminate terms within the Rules of Administrative Procedures and their interpretation “. In my thesis I describe the content and range of indeterminate legal terms.
