Studium využití metody bezkontaktního měření tvarové a rozměrové přesnosti vybraných typů odlitků a modelových zařízení ve slévárně litiny

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na hlavní dvě části, a to část teoretickou a aplikační. V teoretické části je začátek věnován vstupu do obecné metrologie a její klasifikace v získávání dat. Dále se zaměřuje na konkrétní teoretické znalosti související s aplikační částí získávání virtuálních dat bezkontaktní 3D laserovou technologií pomocí metody triangulace, včetně jejího využití a popsání faktorů ovlivňující kvalitu měření. Následující kapitoly obsahují problematiku slévárenství, její technologie a typy materiálů, jimiž jsou zpracovány odlitky v aplikační části. Nakonec teoretické části jsou představeny způsoby užití 3D laserové technologie bezkontaktního měření v oblasti výzkumu. Na začátku aplikační části je představeno použité vybavení k získání a vyhodnocení dat při měření tvarové a rozměrové přesnosti, zejména ROMER Absolute Arm 7525SI od firmy Hexagon a program Polyworks. Pro vyhodnocení naskenovaných odlitků byl vytvořen program jak pro hrubý odlitek obsahující tři odlitky typu SPINDEL včetně licí soustavy (stromeček), tak pro samostatné SPINDELY. Následně po vytvoření programu byly odlitky stromečků zarovnány metodou best-fit a vyhodnoceny. Výsledky byly zanesené do protokolu. Proměřena byla i simulace lití stromečku vytvořená programem ProCAST. Odlitky typu SPINDEL byly zarovnány metodami best-fit, na RPS body a pomocí roviny, vektoru a středového bodu a vyhodnoceny. V rámci vyhodnocení byly naskenovány a zkontrolovány i modelová zařízení. Pouze k prověření aplikovatelnosti dané metody měření byla i zkušebně bezkontaktně naskenovaná netrvalá bentonitová forma, nicméně jeho další hodnocení nebylo náplní této práce. Výsledky práce potvrdili plnohodnotnou aplikovatelnost zvolené metody bezkontaktního měření tvarové a rozměrové přesnosti v podmínkách slévárny litiny s kuličkovým grafitem a rovněž její využitelnost personálem, který nemá rozsáhlé zkušenosti z dané oblasti metrologie.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts, the theoretical part and the application part. In the theoretical part, the beginning is devoted to the entry into general metrology and its classification in data acquisition. It also focuses on specific theoretical knowledge related to the application part of obtaining virtual data with non-contact 3D laser technology using the triangulation method, including its use and description of factors affecting the quality of measurements. The following chapters contain the issue of the foundry, its technology and the types of materials used to process castings in the application part. Finally, the theoretical part presents ways of using 3D laser technology for non-contact measurement in the field of research. The equipment used to obtain and evaluate data when measuring shape and dimensional accuracy is presented at the beginning of the application part, particularly ROMER Absolute Arm 7525SI from Hexagon and the Polyworks program. A program was created to evaluate the scanned castings for a rough casting containing three SPINDLE-type castings, including a casting system (tree) and for separate SPINDLES. Following the program's creation, the casts (their trees) were aligned using the best-fit method and evaluated. The results were recorded in the protocol. The tree-casting simulation created by the ProCAST program was also measured. The spindle castings were aligned by best-fit methods, by RPS points and evaluated using a plane, vector and centre point. Model devices were also scanned and checked as part of the evaluation. Only to verify the applicability of the given measurement method, a non-permanent bentonite form was also experimentally scanned without contact. However, its further evaluation was not the content of this work. The results of the work confirmed the full applicability of the selected method of non-contact measurement of shape and dimensional accuracy in the conditions of nodular graphite cast iron foundry, as well as its usability by personnel who do not have extensive experience in the given field of metrology.
