The basic Principles of the Criminal Law of Natural and Juristic Persons – selected Problems
Abstract:
Tato práce pojednává o vybraných problémech základních zásad trestního práva fyzických a právnických osob. Konkrétně tyto vybrané problémy tvoří výklad o zásadě subsidiarity trestní represe, o zásadě in dubio pro reo a o problematice přenosu základních zásad mezi trestním právem fyzických a právnických osob.
Abstract:
This work deals with selected issues regarding basic principles of criminal law of the natural persons and legal entities. Concretely, such problems comprise an interpretation of the subsidiarty of criminal repression principle, in dubio pro reo principle and matters related to transmission of the basic principles of criminal law between natural persons and legal entities.
