Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce je zistiť aké formy a druhy úverov ponúka nami vybraná komerčná banka pre sektor malých a stredných podnikov. Teoretická časť najprv vymedzuje základné pojmy ako sú banka, úver a malé a stredné podniky. Venuje sa významu malých a stredných podnikov, ich výhodám a nevýhodám a možnostiam financovania.
