V diplomové práci jsem se zabýval úpravou pracovní doby v zákoníku prace a ve směrnici Evropského parlamentu Rady č. 2003/88/ES ze dne 4. listopadu 2003, o některých aspektech pracovní doby. V práci jsem se zabýval definicí pracovní doby, délkou pracovní doby, rozvržením pracovní doby, prací přesčas, noční prací, pracovní pohotovostí a evidencí práce přesčas. The topic of my thesis was Working time and overtime - the regulation in the Labour Code and in the Directive of the European Parlament and of the Council Concerning Certain Aspects of the Organization of Working Time.
