Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce má za cíl analyzovat poměrně rozsáhlou problematiku nemajetkové újmy a jejího nahrazování v pracovním právu dle aktuální právní úpravy. Pro komplexní analýzu jsou rozebrány i pojmy a instituty související a také na podstatných místech práce srovnává pracovněprávní úpravu s úpravou občanskoprávní. This diploma thesis aims to analyse the whole extensive problematics of non-pecuniary loss and its replacement in labour law according to current legislation. For a comprehensive analysis, related concepts and institutes are also analysed, and compares labour law regulation with civil law regulation in substantial situations of work also.
