Abstract:
V této práci byly analyzovány možnosti IVIM a Kurtosis zobrazování s využitím nástrojů MITK a DIPY (TRR, VarPro). Byly popsány optimalizační metody těchto nástrojů a dále vybrány čtyři algoritmy pro odhady na relevantních datech. Tři z nich byly předdefinované, zatímco čtvrtý algoritmus byl autorkou navržen rozšířením VarPro metody pro IVIM-Kurtosis model. Algoritmy byly aplikovány na simulovaná data …moreAbstract:
In this study, the possibilities of IVIM and Kurtosis imaging using MITK and DIPY (TRR, VarPro) tools were analyzed. The optimization methods of these tools were described, and four algorithms for estimates on relevant data were selected.
