Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vztahu mezi změnou ratingu vládních dluhopisů a tržním chováním. První část je věnována ratingu samotnému. Pojednává o rozličných druzích ratingu, vývoji, struktuře a rizicích na trhu ratingových agentur. Druhá část se zaměřuje na podstatu vládních dluhopisů a metodologii stanovení ratingového hodnocení. This master thesis analyzes the relationship between the change of sovereign rating and market behaviour. The first part is devoted to rating itself.
