Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na očekávání klientů Asistence o. s.. Skládá se z osmi kapitol, které se zaměřují v první řadě na vymezení pojmů, kde jsou vysvětleny pojmy znevýhodnění, porucha a postižení, dále pak očekávání, samostatnost, soběstačnost, klient a osobní asistent. Kapitola o osobní asistenci začíná citátem od Thomase Jeffersona. V této kapitole se zabývám vysvětlením pojmu osobní asistence a její definicí. V podkapitolách jsou uvedeny principy, typy a význam osobní asistence. Další kapitola přibližuje metodu sociální rehabilitace, kde můžeme najít vysvětlení sociální rehabilitace, její metody, činnosti a význam. Kapitola o tělesném postižení vysvětluje pojem osobní asistence pro lidi s tělesným postižením, definici tělesného postižení, osobu s tělesným postižením a typy tělesného postižení. V kapitole o očekávání se opět dozvídáme, co to očekávání je, jak souvisí s osobní asistencí, co klienti od osobní asistence očekávají a co pro klienty znamená. V šesté kapitole je popsána Asistence o. s. a její činnost. Sedmá kapitola se zaměřuje na samotný výzkum, ve kterém je cílem zjistit, co klienti očekávají od osobní asistence. Tato část je rozdělena do několika podkapitol, kterými jsou cíl výzkumu, výběr respondentů pro výzkum, metoda výzkumu, zpracování výzkumu a samotný závěr výzkumu, ve kterém je shrnuto šetření s deseti klienty Asistence o. s.. Poslední osmá kapitola je závěrem celé práce.

Abstract:

This work is focused on our clients' expectations Assistance os It consists of eight chapters that focus primarily on defining terms, explaining the concepts of handicap, impairment and disability, as well as expectations, self-reliance, self-sufficiency, client and personal assistant. The chapter on personal assistance begins with quote from Thomas Jefferson. In this chapter I deal with explaining the concept of personal assistence and its definition. The subsectiions are listed principles, types and impornace of personal assistence. Next section introduces a method of social rehabilitation, where we can find an explanation of social rehabilitation, where we can find an explanation of social rehabilitation, its methods, activities and importance. The chapter on disability explains the concept of personal assistence for people with disabilities, the definition of disability, person with disabilities and types of disabilities, the definition of disability, person with disabilities and types of disability. In the chapter on expectations, we learn again what it is expected, as it relates to personal assistence and what clients expect from personal assistance to clients and what it means. In the sixth chapter describes the Asistence o. s and their activities. The seventh chapter focuses on the research itself, which is to determine what clients expect from personal assistance. This section is divided into several subsections, which are the aim of research, selection of respondents for research, research method, research process itself and the conclusion of research in which the incestagation is summarized Assisting clients with ten axes. Last eighth chapter is the conclusion of the all work.
