Social work as a primary tool of social inclusion in the field of psychiatric support

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sociální prací a jejími možnostmi sociálního začleňování v oblasti podpory psychiatrické péče. Cílem této práce je zjistit subjektivní vnímání adolescentů, na možnosti úspěšnosti sociálního začleňování klientů s duševním onemocněním do společnosti za podpory sociální práce. Zda naše očekáváné smýšlení, které u adolescentů pouze odhadujeme, se shoduje s našimi domněnkami, nebo se v různých aspektech budou s našimi odhady lišit. Tato bakalářská práce upozorňuje na možnosti podpory a pomoci rizikovým skupinám osob ohrožené sociálním vyloučením, se zaměřením na oblast podpory v psychiatrické péči. Objektem mé bakalářské práce jsou studenti gymnázia a střední zdravotnické školy. Předmětem výzkumu je jejich vnímání na dané téma, jejich názor na sociální práci v psychiatrické péči a celkové problematiky psychiatrické péče. Ke splnění daných cílů byla zvolena strategie kvantitativního výzkumu. Výzkumná technika byla zvolena forma dotazování, pomocí dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is concerned with social work and its potential for social inclusion in mental health care support. The aim of this thesis is to find out the subjective perception of adolescents, on the possibilities of successful social inclusion of clients with mental illness in society with the support of social work. Whether our expected mindsets, which we only estimate for adolescents, coincide with our assumptions or will differ in various aspects with our estimates. This thesis highlights the possibilities of support and assistance for groups at risk of social exclusion, with a focus on the area of support in psychiatric care. The objects of my bachelor thesis are students of a grammar school and a secondary medical school. The object of the research is their perception on the topic, their opinion on social work in psychiatric care and the overall issues of psychiatric care. To meet the given objectives, a quantitative research strategy was chosen. The research technique chosen was a form of interviewing, using a questionnaire survey.
