The system of categorization of work and its process to ensure of occupational safety and health protection of employees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na hodnocení úrovně zátěže zaměstnanců takovými faktory, které ze zdravotního hlediska rozhodují o kvalitě pracovních podmínek, a které jsou charakteristické pro danou práci na konkrétním pracovišti. Cílem práce je popsat schéma postupu při přípravě podkladů ke kategorizaci prací. Na základě podkladů vypracovat návrh na zařazení prací do kategorií. Podle zjištěných rizikových faktorů navrhnout opatření, která budou přijata k ochraně zdraví před nepříznivými účinky těchto faktorů. V teoretické části jsou popsány obecné informace o vyhledávání a hodnocení rizik a dále přechází přímo do problematiky kategorizace prací. Tato část je zaměřena na právní předpisy a definice jednotlivých kategorií. Další oblastí, na kterou text pohlíží, je návrh a rozhodnutí o kategorizaci a pokračuje popisem kritérií kategorizace prací s ohledem na jednotlivé faktory. V praktické části je po obecném popisu provozovny ABB s.r.o. Servis Ostrava a jejího profilu popsáno vlastní schéma postupu při přípravě podkladů ke kategorizaci. Jejím obsahem je popis provozních jednotek, rozbor profesí, vyhodnocení faktorů pracovního prostředí, zařazení profesí do kategorií a přijatá opatření k ochraně zdraví pracovníků. Poslední část práce je věnována popisu dokumentu ? návrh na zařazení prací do kategorií, který byl v rámci práce vytvořen, a který je součástí přílohy této práce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on an evaluation of employees stress level by such factors that determine from the health point of view the quality of working conditions and that are characteristic for the work at a particular workplace. The main objective of this thesis is to describe the procedure scheme for the basis preparation of documentation for categorization of work and on the basis of sources to make a proposal for classification works into categories. According to the ascertained risk factors to suggest precautions to be accepted for the health protection from unfavorable effects of these factors. The theoretical part describes general information about searching and evaluating risk and then it goes directly to the problems of categorization of work. This part is focused on law prescriptions and definitions for each category. Another sphere of the text is the proposal and the decision about categorization and it goes on to describe the criterions of categorization of work with regards to separate factors. In the practical part is discussed a general description of the premises ABB Ltd Service Ostrava and its profile as well as the own scheme procedure for the basis preparation of categorization. It includes a description of the operating units, professional analysis, evaluation of working environment factors, classification of occupation into categories and the arrangement for health protection of employees. The last part of this thesis is devoted to the description of a document ? The proposal for classification of works into categories that was created in this thesis and is included in the appendix.
