Cost Analysis and Management in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce na téma Analýza nákladů a jejich řízení ve vybrané společnosti je vypracování analýzy nákladů, díky které bude navrženo možné zlepšení v části nákladů analyzovaného podniku. Obsahem části teoretické je literární rešerše, která se týká oblasti nákladů. Část praktická v prvé řadě představuje společnost XY, její finanční a majetkovou strukturu a výsledky hospodaření. Následuje rozdělení nákladů na základě druhového členění, u kterého je následně zobrazena detailní analýza proměny nákladů v letech za pomoci vertikální a horizontální analýzy. Poté je vypracováno členění nákladů na variabilní a fixní náklady, členění na přímé a nepřímé náklady, stanoven bod zvratu, zjištění minimální podnikatelské rezervy, zkonstruována nákladová funkce a vytvořena kalkulace. V závěru práce jsou zpracovány doporučení a návrhy, které mohou být přínosem pro společnost.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor's thesis on the topic of cost analysis and their management in a selected company is to develop a cost analysis, which will suggest a possible improvement in the cost of the analyzed company. The content of the theoretical part is a literature search, which concerns the area of costs. The practical part primarily presents the company XY, its financial structure, property structure, and financial results. The following, is a breakdown of costs on the basis of a type breakdown, in which a detailed analysis of the change in costs in years is then displayed with the help of vertical and horizontal analysis. Then, a breakdown of costs for variable and fixed costs is prepared, breakdown into direct and indirect costs, the turning point is determined, the minimum business reserve is determined, the cost function is constructed and a calculation is created . At the end of the work are made recommendations and suggestions that can be beneficial for the company.
