Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout a sestrojit funkční emisní sondu, shrnoutzákladní aspekty emisních sond a změřit s ní potenciál plazmatu v ustáleném kapacitněvázaném RF výboji a při jeho zapalování. Goals of this bachelor thesis were to design and to construct a functioning emissiveprobe, to summarize basic aspects of emissive probes and to measure plasma potential insteady state of CCP RF discharge and during it’s ignition.
