Předmětem bakalářské práce „Určení splatnosti ve směnce“ je určení splatnosti směnky v kontextu jejich ostatních náležitostí, kritickém rozboru judikatury splatnosti směnky se týkající a kritický rozbor těchto judikaturních soudních rozhodnutí.
Abstract:
Subject of the bachelor thesis “Due date of Bill Exchange” is the due date of a bill of exchange in the context of its other elements, critical analysis of the case law concerning due date of a bill of exchange and critical analysis of such court decisions in the case law.
