The ethical management tools of selected companies

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využívání nástrojů etického řízení firem. Jejím cílem je porovnat teoretické poznatky o způsobech etického řízení firem s praxí ve stovce nejobdivovanějších firem České republiky. V bakalářské práci je teoreticky vymezena podniková etika a etické řízení firem. Jednotlivé nástroje etického řízení jsou v práci popsány a dvěma z nich, jimiž jsou etický kodex a etický audit, jsou věnovány samostatné podkapitoly. Data pro analytickou část bakalářské práce byla získána formou dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky šetření, závěry a doporučení jsou obsahem finální části práce.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the use of companies' ethical management tools. Its aim is to compare the theoretical knowledge of the ethical management tools in various companies with the real life situations. It was targeted on the top one hundered of the most admired companies in the Czech Republic. This thesis defines business ethics and ethical business management tools, which are the code of ethics and ethical audit. These tools are described in the theorethical part of this thesis, where a subsection has been dedicated to each of them. The practical part was conducted by a survey where a questionnaire was distributed amongst the participants to obtain the required information. The survey results, conclusions and recommendations are acknowledged in the final part of this thesis.
