Problematika manželství a registrovaného partnerství

Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá problematikou manželství a registrovaného partnerství. Zaměřuje se na současnou právní úpravu manželství, vznik a zánik manželství a registrovaného partnerství, vztahy mezi manžely a partnery, vývoj registrovaného partnerství a také se věnuje budoucí právní úpravě registrovaného partnerství.
Abstract:
The graduate´s labor deals with issues of marriage and register partnership. This work focuses on current legal marriage and the civil register partnership adaptation, development and its consulsion. It also describes the relationship between husband and wife and between partners, progress of civil partnership and its future legal adaptation.
