Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením siřičitanů za pomoci biosensorů a enzymu sulfitoxidasy. Sulfitoxidasa oxiduje siřičitan na síran za vzniku peroxidu vodíku jako vedlejšího produktu. Bylo vyzkoušeno stanovení siřičitanů pomocí sítotiskového biosensoru a kyslíkové elektrody. Zároveň byl také otestován ferrikyanid jako akceptor elektronů. Abstract:
This thesis deals with determination of sulfite with the help of biosensors and sulfite oxidase enzyme. Sulfite oxidase oxidises sulfite to sulfate and the reaction creates hydrogen peroxide as side product. The detection of sulfite was measured with screen printed biosensors and Clark elekctrode.
