Analysis of Internal Guidelines of Tangible Fixed Assets

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vnitropodnikových směrnic dlouhodobého hmotného majetku neziskové organizace zřízené územním samosprávným celkem. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. První část je teoretická a zabývá se charakteristikou příspěvkové organizace, dále problematikou dlouhodobého majetku jako je jeho definice, způsoby pořízení, ocenění, odpisování a inventarizace. Teoretická část je zakončena problematikou vnitropodnikových směrnic. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu vnitropodnikových směrnic týkajících se dlouhodobého majetku. Závěrem této práce je návrh a tvorba nové vnitropodnikové směrnice, do které jsou aplikovány poznatky z první části bakalářské práce a vlastní návrhy tak, aby byly splněny podmínky úplného, průkazného a správného vedení účetnictví.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the internal corporate directives of fixed tangible assets of a non-profit organization established by a local self-government unit. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the contributory organization, as well as the issues of fixed assets such as their definition, methods of acquisition, valuation, depreciation and inventory. The theoretical part ends with the issue of internal company directives. Second part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the current state of the internal guidelines concerning fixed assets. The conclusion of this thesis is the design and creation of a new internal company directive. It includes findings from the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis and author's own proposals, so that the conditions for complete, transparent and correct accounting are met.
