Administrative Procedures in the Competence of the Office for the Protection of Competition
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat analýzu správních řízeních v působnosti Úřadu pro ochranu hospodářské soutěže a její vyhodnocení de lege lata i de lege ferenda. Důraz je kladen na především specifika zvláštních právních úprav (ZVZ,ZOHS) ve vztahu k obecné procesní úpravě (SŘ).
Abstract:
The study analyzes the administrative proceedings conducted by the Office for the Protection of Competition with the stress on its specialities in relation to the general administrative proceedings. The goal of this paper is not only to introduce the particular legal forms de lege lata, but also to propose a de lege ferenda reflection.
