Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na odpovědnost a etiku projektového manažera. Klíčovými částmi jsou osobnost a vlastnosti projektového manažera, manažerská etika a etický kodex. Součástí práce je dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem bylo zjistit chápání a aplikaci manažerské etiky v praxi. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty získané poznatky a navržena doporučení pro zlepšení.
Abstract:
This master's thesis deals with responsibilty and ethics of project manager. The key points of this thesis are personality and properties of the project manager, proffesional ethics and the ethics code. My thesis also includes questionnaire research.
