Leasing as a Tool for Financing Business Activities

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce „Leasing jako nástroj financování podnikatelské činnosti“ v teoretické části bude porovnat, jak se leasing postupem času změnil až po současnost a zdali je to posun k lepšímu, či k horšímu. Objasním zde pojem leasing, kde vznikl a proč vznikl. Hlavním cílem v praktické části mé práce je komparace leasingu a úvěru při financování automobilu Hyundai i20. První část práce sahá až do historie vzniku pojmu leasing, porovnání leasingu v minulosti a v současnosti a jeho následné přesunutí do Evropy. V druhé části práce přiblížím nabídku od společnosti ČSOB Leasing a pomocí metod diskontovaných výdajů na leasing a úvěr a čisté výhody leasingu zjistím, zda je výhodnější vzít si danou investici na úvěr či leasing. Obsahem závěrečných kapitol práce je shrnutí teoretické části v porovnání s praktickým naplňováním role leasingu.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis "Leasing as a financing tool business" in the theoretical part will compare how leasing has changed over time to the present, and whether it is a change for the better or for the worse. Here we explain the concept of leasing, where it originated and why it was created. The main aim of the practical part of my thesis is to compare lease and loan financing for car Hyundai i20. The first part goes back to the history of the concept of leasing, lease comparison of past and present, and his subsequent move to Europe. In the second part sneak offer from ČSOB Leasing and using the discounted costs of leasing and loans and the net benefits of leasing find out whether it is better to take on the investment loan or lease. The content of the final chapters is a summary of the theoretical part compared with the practical fulfillment of the role of leasing.
