School Climate at an Elementary School

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou školního klimatu a především klimatu školní třídy. Cílem této práce je zjistit klima školní třídy pohledem žáka. V teoretické části vymezujeme pojmy klima školy, klima školní třídy, sociální prostředí, atmosféra a další faktory ovlivňující školní klima. V praktické části se věnujeme zkoumání klimatu školních tříd konkrétní malotřídní školy. Pro zajímavost jsme provedli srovnání s okolními malotřídními a běžnými školami.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of the school climate and especially the climate of the school class.The aim of the thesis is to determine the class school climate from students point of view. The terms as the climate of the school and the school class, the social environmeent, the atmosphere and other factors affecting the climate are defined in the theoretical part. In the practical part we focus on the research of the school climate at the particular small school. For the sake of comparison several small and standard schools in the region were also researched.
