Práce má za cíl zjistit, jakou motivaci ke zlepšování studijních výsledků mají středoškolští studenti, co je jejich nejčastější motivací a jaké faktory tuto motivaci ovlivňují, včetně působení pedagoga. V teoretické části budou definovány hlavní pojmy týkající se motivace, hlavně tedy motivace výkonové.
