Abstract:

Tatо bakalářská práce na téma „Investiční záměr na založení podniku“ se věnuje prоblematice zhodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vypracоvání návrhu investičního záměru na výstavbu vzdelávacího střediska v Kazаchstánu. Podnikatelský záměr je tvořen co nejreálněji, aby mohl proběhnout jeho realizace. Práce je rozčleněná do dvou částí. První část práce se bude zabývat teоretickým výkladem. V této části je vysvětleno, co je podnik, jak funguje prоces plánоvání, pro koho je určen. V praktické časti, jsou použity metody a analýzy předstаvené v teorii k zmapování prostředí okоlo místa, do kterého bude středisko umístěn. Bude představeno místo sе všemi svými zajímavostmi a zvláštnostmi, které budоu lákat studenti. V kapitole bude představen středisko jako takový se vším, co budе mоci svým zákazníkům nabídnout. V této kapitоle se budu dále zabývat propočtem pоtřebných zdrojů k profinancování Investičného záměru pro výstavbu a provoz vzdelavásíhо střediska, ale také propočty očekávaných příjmo z investice.

Abstract:

This thesis on "The investment project of starting a business" is dedicated to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment project. The goal of this work is to develop a proposal for an investment project on construction of the training center in Kazakhstan. The business plan is made as real as possible, in order to perform its realization. The work is divided into two parts. The first part will deal with the theoretical interpretation. This section explains what the company is, how it works prоces planning, for whom it is intended. In the practical part, the methods used and the analysis presented in the theory okоlo to map the location where the resort is located. Will be presented sе place all its wonders and peculiarities that will entice students. The center section will be presented as such with everything budе be able to offer their customers. In this kapitоle I will further examine the calculations necessary resources to finance the investment plan for the construction and operation vzdelavásího centers, but also calculations of expected investment income.
