Tato práce se zabývá strategií rozvoje vybraného podniku. Práce se zaměří především na popis teoretických východisek a metod, které budou aplikovány na konkrétní podnik. Praktická část práce bude zaměřena na analýzu vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku, dotazníkové šetření a měření konkurenceschopnosti produktů zkoumaného podniku.
