Elements of crime and meaning of individual elements
Abstract:
Předkládáná práce charakterizuje a vysvětluje znaky trestného činu a jednotlivé znaky skutkové podstaty trestného činu. Dále se autorka zabývá pojetím trestného činu a otázkou trestní odpovědnosti mládeže a trestného činu opilství, které za pomocí komparace se zahraničními úpravami analyzuje a kriticky hodnotí, a pokouší se navrhnout vhodnodnější úpravu de lege ferenda.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes and explains the elements of a crime and the body of a crime. Moreover, the author deals with the concept of crime and the question of criminal liability of children and juvenile and so-called rauschdelikt, which she analyses and evaluates using the comparison with foreign regulation, and tries to propose more suitable regulation de lege ferenda.
