Předmětem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení teorie a praxe úlohy kraje ve vztahu metodické pomoci vůči obcím v oblasti účetnictví a rozpočtu. V první části se práce obecně zabývá pojmem veřejná správa, stručně charakterizuje reformu veřejné správy, popisuje postavení, působnost a vztah obcí a krajů a nastiňuje některé problémy v současném výkonu veřejné správy. The goal of the thesis called “The Regional Authority as a Provider of Guidance for Municipalities” is the evaluation of the regional authority role in guidance for municipality in the sphere of accountancy and budget.
